The bar and the column lift off the edges, on a soft background: this is WordPress’s furniture, dressed everywhere. The colours are set above, and the mock-up repaints as you type.

The solid green notch is the level chosen; the pale green notches to its right are hidden along with it — hiding from the editor hides from the subscriber too. The rule by level is free; departing from it role by role takes a licence.

Only failures are written down, with their cause. A successful send leaves no trace, and the journal tab carries the count.

  • The target is already suggested The module looks for a page with the same name elsewhere on the site, then the closest one, then the archive of the matching type. All that is left is to approve — or to correct, but rarely
  • Nothing switches itself on Suggestions are created inactive: they have no effect until someone approves them. No redirect ever appears on your site without a human deciding it
  • The counter says which ones matter A 404 seen four hundred times and one seen once do not deserve the same effort. The list is sorted by what is actually costing you traffic
  • It takes effect immediately Activating a redirect clears the cache for that page. The next visitor is redirected, even if the page was already being served from cache
